With a strong track record of translating research into real-world impact, he bridges academia, industry, and innovation ecosystems. With over 15 years of experience in modelling and simulation-based research, Dr Alam currently leads BIM, digital technology, and sustainability-driven projects at Swinburne University of Technology. A proven project leader with extensive collaboration across government and industry, he ensures that IntellAID’s solutions are robust, practical, and client-focused.
An award-winning researcher, and Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology, Dr Kanij specialises in human-centred AI, ethical innovation, and inclusive technology. With a strong track record in advancing equitable and responsible technologies, she combines research excellence with practical impact. At IntellAID, she leads research and development, ensuring solutions are fair, transparent, and accountable.
